As EP and owner,  Laura’s mandate is to help ideas meet opportunity.   Laura creates original programming for Summerhill and also collaborates with talented independent writers, producers and directors who come through our door.  

 

She is dedicated to a positive client experience and has over 15 years in the film and television industry. Laura has worn just about every production hat there is which helps her adapt and understand the unique demands of each client and project.  Today, Laura is a solutions producer who brings a passion for story and vast production experience to every project she leads.

Carole has a 15 year track record of delivering shows on time and on budget. She understands digital, broadcast and print media from both the creative production and client side.

 

Carole manages, produces and launches award winning original projects and marketing campaigns, specializing in creative and financial sectors. To date, Carole has overseen the production of nearly 200 episodes in the lifestyle, documentary, reality and dramatic genres. 

 

Carole offers excellence in managing both local production and remote services for travel series. Her feature film Nightrunners  released in 2015.

With over 10 years of experience in the post-production side of the media industry, Martin has been involved in all aspects of post.

 

Having had experience as an assistant editor, editor, post supervisor, online editor and colourist, Martin has a deep understanding of each stage of the post-production pipeline at a micro and macro level.

 

Even as a jack of all trades, Martin is quick to call colour grading his true passion and, as the current senior colourist at SMI Post, he is always looking to exercise his creative muscles while making sure each project looks the best it possibly can.

Andres has more than 20 years in the media industry. He  has produced, directed and edited numerous TV shows, documentaries, TV spots and live events from concept, to development and through to final production. In the past his work has received regional, national and international awards.

 

Andres has a degree in Mass Media Communications and is constantly experimenting with different techniques to always deliver quality content and meet the needs of the industry.
